Hyunjin lim was born on June 28, 1990, in Seoul, Korea. She has won 1st Prize several national competitions, including the Nanpa National Music Competition in 2013, Busan Music Society Competition in 2011, Eum-Youn Competition in 2009, Cheongju University Music Competition in 2002, Hyundai Music publisher Competition in 2001.
She won 1st Prize in Korea Herald Music Copetition in 2013. 
Also, She was selected a scholarship student by Grand Piano Society. 
She won 1st Prize at Steinway & Sons förderpreis in Munich and 3rd Prize at H.Genzmer Competition in Munich.She has given a series of concerts in Korea by Eum-Youn Music Society, including 2004 Eum-Youn Music Festival. in Europe, She had a concert 'Scriabin Festival' in Salzburg and also had an additional concert in Munich by H.Genzmer Association.She graduated Yewon Music School and Seoul Arts High School. After graduation Seoul Arts High School, She was permitted entrance of Korea National University of Arts under the direction of Pianist Choong-mo Kang. 
Now She has been Studying at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in München with Margarita Höhenrieder.
