1. The competition will issue an official invitation letter for visa application.
2. The competition is not responsible for contestants’ travel, accommodation or meal expenses. Contestants must make their own arrangements.
3. Contestants please be punctual for the draw for the order of performance. Competition staff will draw on behalf of any contestant who is late or unable to attend the draw.
4. Contestants must appear in persons in order to receive the prize money/trophy/certificate.
5. Contacts with any jury member during the competition is strictly prohibited until after the announcement of results.

Announcement of Results
The competition will conclude at around 6:45 pm on January 16, and immediately after the jury’s deliberation the results for both the Young Artist Class and the Concert Artist Class will be announced at SOTA Concert Hall. There will be a brief feedback session with the jury for the contestants immediately after the announcement.
Piano Practice
1. The competition committee will arrange for each Concert Artist contestant three hours of practice time per day from Jan 14 up till their performance.
2. The competition committee will arrange for each Young Artist contestant two hours of practice time per day from Jan 14 up till their performance.
3. Contestants requiring additional practice time may make their own arrangements with the following studios. Please be advised that contestants should be responsible for the cost of additional practice time.
