Eligibility
* The Competition is open to pianists of all nationalities
* Concert Artist Class: Age 18-35 (Born between January 1, 1985 and December 31, 2002)

General Information
* All pieces must be performed from memory
* All decisions of the jury are final and cannot be appealed
* Singapore International Piano Competition Committee reserves the rights of final decision on the interpretation of these terms and conditions at any time
* Contestants or visitors from outside Singapore may need visas. Applicants should consult the nearest Singaporean Embassy or Consulate

Application information
* Application deadline December 1, 2019
* Once application is submitted NO change of repertoire is permitted
* Incomplete applications will not be accepted
* All supporting documents must be submitted with application form
* The applicant grants to the competition the right to use any and all submitted documents free of any rights, fees or charges
* Audition video (s) must meet the criteria listed below
* Copy of current passport clearly showing all personal details
* Current professional photograph of minimum 300 dpi resolution
* Applicants will be notified, by email, of the screening result by the first week of December, 2019

Video recording requirements
* The video may be a single, unedited recording of the applicant or in separate recordings
* The video must be made within 6 months of the submission of the application
* Total time of all recordings submitted must be in the allotted time shown below
* Video must show the face and hands of the applicant at all times
