A pianist who won first place at the 4th Siegfried Weishaupt International Piano Competition held in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The judges have praised her performance, describing it as “Nobody could be against her provocative technique”. At that time, the German daily newspaper Schwawische Zaitung also published a good reputation as "a pianist who portrays the best romantic moments". She was presented with two invitational performance opportunities and successfully completed recitals at Bibliothekssaal of Ochenhausen and Schloss of Ummendorf.
 
After graduating from Sunhwa Art School and Sunhwa Art High School, she was awarded not only full scholarship, but also a number of scholarships and graduated with excellent grades at Kookmin University. With a focus on music education, she has received a master’s degree in music education at Kookmin University. After that, she moved to United States for studying with a passion for performance and earned her master’s degree at Boston Conservatory. She has studied with Daniel Pollack, a world-renowned pianist, and earned her doctorate degree in Piano Performance at University of Southern California. During her DMA, she studied music theory and analysis, piano pedagogy, and music industry as a minor.
 
She has been performed in Boston, Los Angeles, Germany and South Korea including New Music Festival, Chamber Concert, Trumpet duo recital: 'Russian Repertoires for Trumpet and Piano', Lecture recital: American contemporary composer 'Benjamin Lees and His Piano Music', Matinee Concert: Russian Piano Music of the Romantic, Gala Concert, Baroque Concert at Dresden, Opening Concert of Dresdner Meisterkurs Musik and etc. After returning to South Korea, she has numerous concerts at renown concert hall in South Korea such as Seoul Arts Center, Sejong center, Kumho Art Hall.
 
Currently, she is serving as a professor of Namseoul University and teaching at Conservatory of Korea Bible University, Gachon Art-talented Education Institute at Gachon University, Sunhwa Art School, Sunhwa Art High School. She also is a head of editorial committee of an academic affairs in The Korean Association of Piano Pedagogy, Vice chair of Foreign cooperation affairs in The Pianissimo-The Musical Arts Association and member of Piano Duo Association of Korea, Ensemble Pianista and Lota Trio.
