Luo Feier was born in 2003.She started playing piano at age 8.Then went on to study at the Central Conservatory of Music，Piano Academy at Gulangyu in 2013.She tutored by pianist Jiangxia.
 
She won the third place and best popularity award in the Sterinborgh National Youth Piano Competition in 2015.
In 2018，She was awarded first place at the Shanghai Spring International Piano E-Competition.In 2019，She won the sixth place in The Shanghai Music Middle School International Youth Piano Competition.And she won the fifth prize in 2019 Pearl River • Kayserburg International Youth Piano Competition.
